Satellite Interactive Training Program with every TI staff including PEs (Every 1st and 3rd Saturday)
Quarterly region wise review of TI projects in presence of senior GSACS officials and District Programme Officer (DPO) of concerned District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU).
Quarterly grading of TI projects performance and feedback system between TI NGOs and TI Division of GSACS.
Developed E- group between SACS and TI partners – used for monthly feedback
Organized Eight Peer Panchayat at four regions covering 1200 PEs.
State level TI staff conference to share best practices and promoting culture of cross learning.
Developed Resource Pack for TI NGOs.
Organized state level TI staff conference at Surat in the year 2008-09.

Organized review meeting with Project Managers of all TI projects of the state.
Created pool of Mentors to support TI NGOs in strengthening service delivery and effective project management.
Research Agency is identified to conduct Baseline Need Assessment study of each TIs in the state to create strong data base on trend in knowledge, attitude and sexual practices of KPs.
